I have had pretty good luck using Apex Munich Lager yeast but I am also interested in trying the Berlin Lager yeast and maybe the Mexican Lager yeast. I am tempted to buy a brick based on my success with Apex Munich Lager and Apex San Diego yeast.
My understanding is the Munich Lager yeast is 34/70 and I have made many good beers with it. I would like to make a German Lager that is a little more dry and a little less bready tasting.
Anybody have an experience with the Apex Berlin Lager and/or the Apex Mexican Lager?
