Miraculix is one of the main characters from the Asterix and Obelix comic books and he basically does what I do. He throws stuff into a big pot, makes funny drinks and hopes that everybody will have a good time with them (except the Romans). He has a longer beard than me though....

Way, way back when I worked in apartments I knocked on doors. Several a day. I got this technique down where I would fling the door knocker up in one swoop and it would knock three times. My coworker was trying to tell my boss about this and couldn't paint he verbal picture he had hoped so he radioed me to tell me I had to show my boss my floppy knocker. It kinda stuck. So there you go - not what you imagined, huh?

PS don't Google it.

I was desperately waiting for you to answer this thread!!! Great story :D

Interesting thread.
I have nothing creative behind my name, but I do like my self portrait laboratory avatar.:D
As you might guess, I gravitate toward german brewing styles.

HB- home brewer.. ATL- where I live.. 73 was the first number I ever had playing sports (and is the opposite of my twin brother #37 that we use in usernames/sports/etc)

Pretty lame all around. I was too lazy to think of something more creative.

Back in 1994 I needed a username for some BBS and I thought how cool it would be if I could have the same username everywhere I went. I figured the only way to do that was if my username wasn't based on a real word, so I just let my fingers type and got 'bleme'. Every once in a while I still find that someone has already used it. GRRR!

So why's your avatar a pic of a very young Ambassador Spock?
@Positronic_Matrix, now that's better. :D Glad you included Spot.
