Here is a database I have been putting together with all the yeast strains I am familiar with and the respective attenuation, flocculation, recommended fermentation temperatures, etc. I thought I would pass it on to those who might find it useful. Let me know if I am missing your favorite yeasts and I would be happy to add it.
