I still gotta go back there for cans....did they finally get some new glassware in?

Today's visit to the Referend was even better than the last (and it will not be my last!).

Was fun to meet Marc and his pal Yuri (sp), as well as hang with Jspriest and Melissa. They not only gave us an excellent tour of the facilities (that young Berliner Messe!!), but also were great company. The afternoon proved, once again, that "beer people are the salt of the earth," as my friend Billy always says.

Friends, if you haven't gotten to this blendery yet, put it high on the to-do list.

@jspries and Melissa are some of the nicest most generous people I've had the chance to meet in the "biz" I thank them both for an amazing day. Was great to meet raginasian238 too... Even though she's a Rangers fan :( lol

All and all this was a great trip and meeting you guys will surely encourage me to get back down there soon... Look out for Referend Bier Blendery, you'll be glad you did

I guess we're getting Revolution starting in May? I'm sure most of their stuff will get lost in the shuffle, but I'm definitely not going to be mad about seeing Straightjacket available locally.

Worth a mention as well: It was really nice to grab two four-packs of Key Lime Pie Gose on this side of the Hudson. No shuffling around for a can here, a can there, like last year (the #GrimmEffect, if you will).

And speaking of cans, I'm grateful to caninhand's staff for being so nice to me when I called this afternoon about it. (Sorry you weren't there, man. Guy C. says you're a stud.)

If only there was a local brewery that makes a key lime gose and may or may not be canning the crap out of it in about 3 weeks.

I'm looking for a single can of Sundae as well if anyone can spare. Can throw you some OH cans or a Regular Coffee or bourbon samples or whatever for your troubles. Sorry - thought I'd be able to get to Carton this past week but the newborn wasn't having it.

Where?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for good halfway points/pit stops on the way up to Vermont. Heading up there next week, leaving around 2PM on Thursday. I've done Worthy Burger in the past...looking for something new.

A lot of folks seem to be into Brick and Feather Brewing, which is an easy stop off 91 just before you get to the VT-Masshole border.

I'm sure you meant food, but that was the first thing that popped into my head.
