Hello Im brewing a DIPA, the recipe calls for pacman yeast. Here in Mexico I dont have access to that yeast. I have the following:

Safale us-05
Safale s-04
I like DIPAs that are not so dry,with a hint of caramel in the back. wich one do you recomend?
the grainbill is:
14 lbs 2-row
1 lb Caramel 40L
