3 lbs extra pale lme
6 oz honey malt
2 oz biscuit malt

0.5 oz perle hop at 60 minute

us 05 harvested from a previous batch

2.5 gallon in the fermentor.

any comment is welcome, I am looking to get an easy to drink refreshing beer, I am texas and it will be hot soon enough again.

Sort of. I'd rather see some simple sugar or rice syrup in the recipe and I'd definitely consider less honey malt, unless you know you love it. It's pretty sweet and cloying, but I don't like it so maybe I'm biased.

You could add .5 pound of corn sugar at the end of the boil to ensure a dry crisp result, and bring up the ABV to 5% or so.
