Amazon delivered a pressure canner and all the equipment needed to start slanting yeast. There was also a pound of Bramling Cross hops and I should receive a shipment of yeast slants from the UK any day now.

Replacement Ph probe for Milwaukee MW102.
Disappointed the old one lasted just a year. Readings got a continuous hour-glass and incorrect readings. New one calibrated fine. Hopefully will last longer.

Some assorted supplies from William's Brewing. Including a carbonation cap and ball lock fitting to force-carb root beer in 2L bottles, and 2 lbs. green coffee for my first try at roasting.

Probably a chocolate milk stout I haven't made in a couple years first, then some form of IPA. I've never used the Amarillo or MB so not sure what to do with those yet.

Had another $50 to burn at amazon so I got some DME for making starters, large reusable hop bags, and screw on "gamma" lids for my grain buckets.

Sorry for the late reply! Lol. The paddle, as the care instructions say, is made out of maple or cherry. Definitely, can tell it's a solid hardwood.

Cereal Killer. Some time to get grain this week and I should be running it through its first brew day this weekend

A Christmas package from @fourfarthing (errrrrrrrrrr a side trade I mean ... I do, after all, have to send a return package). Doug and Mark didn't catch the soggy beer bottom box, fortunately! A little bit of the grisette was sacrificed during shipping, and I am excited to dig in. For sake of freshness that one will be drunk tonight (or perhaps tomorrow).

I really need to have a beer tasting night and get through some of the cases of homebrew in the garage from everyone as well as the commercial beer I continue to hoard, lol. Anyways...thanks Fourfarthing!

ps: I am most excited to try the wheat and presumably harass you for a recipe.
