Hardywood was about it when I lived in RVA. Gingerbread stout is still a must every year.

Finally done cleaning all the damn equipment, but decided to crack this one right before transfer to fermenter.

HB dry hopped Belgian Triple from March 2020.
I strongly recommend a Blichmann beer gun if you keg your beer. The quality of the beer a year or two years after bottling is amazing. It allows you to age bottles that all are equally as good as the next bottle. I used to use the DYI bottle filler but the beer never seemed to be consistent in carbonation from bottle to bottle

I wasn't really shooting for that, more of experiment. I resurrected some stored 16 month old Kveik yeast to see if I could make it dance. It did, 1.053 down to 1.011.
