My 2020 Winter Warmer. I didn’t get to brew it for this year. But I did save bottles from last year. It’s aged so good.

HB dry hopped Belgian Triple from March 2020.
I strongly recommend a Blichmann beer gun if you keg your beer. The quality of the beer a year or two years after bottling is amazing. It allows you to age bottles that all are equally as good as the next bottle. I used to use the DYI bottle filler but the beer never seemed to be consistent in carbonation from bottle to bottle

I wasn't really shooting for that, more of experiment. I resurrected some stored 16 month old Kveik yeast to see if I could make it dance. It did, 1.053 down to 1.011.
