A well-earned Faxe at 10%, and a really nice Kona! Almost thought I had cavitation on my pump, just some very small debris.

Chilling with ice around my coil 9min ago, and without a glycol system, I’m down 22 degrees. I will pitch tonight!!💪🏻😆😆

Another two hb beers from @RCope. His loral hoped IPL and Blood Orange wcipa. The IPL I drank incognito on a walk in the neighborhood, hence the paisley cup lol

both are great but I think the IPL is exceptionally good. Like a lager version of something Stone would put out. I’d call it flagship worthy! Also really love the attention to foam formation and head retention you have in your beers. It’s a huge thing for me and you nailed it!

I’m sitting here trying to figure out the difference between Weihenstephaner Helles and Weihenstephaner Original Premium. I close my eyes and drift between glass A and B... I am befuddled!

Helles is 4.8% ABV, Original Premium is 5.1% ABV. Otherwise, I’m having trouble telling the difference between these two great beers. Same color, flavor, carbonation, head, lack of lacing, etc. virtually twins...!
