I bought locally farm grown tomatoes so, avo toast on homemade sourdough, with homemade not too hot sauce. On Monday.

BLT on sourdough for dinner on Tuesday.

The color is off on this rib-eye, it was deeply pink and juicy.

I haven’t had a great deal of time for anything but moving stuff last week. Sunday was a break from it all. Brunch was a ham and havarti omelette, home fries and sourdough toast.
An easy dinner of hamburgers with sides for dinner, no pics.

I had a burger last night...in bed. I was tired and just wanted to watch my show. I get it.
 
@AzOr we've been making colorado chile rellenos and green chile cheese souffle out of the ones from our garden. turns out that later in the season the Big Jim hatch medium chiles are actually pretty hot.
