I’m glad you dig it!! Mortalis is an up and coming brewery here in Western NY. They do crowler releases twice a week but you have to line up at noon and wait till 5pm when they open.
Mortalis and OH have done a couple of collaboration brews and they are pretty darn good!

Made some pies tonight for dinner. Enjoying this gem which @LoneTreeFarms and @CTownBrewer both enjoyed last night.
Waiting for my date night with @PianoMan later tonight. LOL

How do you get them out of the cast iron pan, AND do you put anything under them while they're in the pan. I've thought about this method a few times but haven't done it.

No nothing between the dough and the pan. I use tongs to slide them out onto the cutting board.

Looks good! I was on the fence about making one on the stone but said they all are going to be thick crust.
Decided to try my hand at a thick crust so I could load them up. Also roasted some tomatoes earlier to add to a few of them.

Opened this @pshankstar. Learned to let their fruit sours warm to room temp. Fruit really shines there. This year's batch was a bit weak on Raspberry. Last year's was a literal Raspberry jam.View attachment 646865

Decided to open the smallest of the three bottles. This one is really good! I’m going to let it warm up some too to see how it may change.
What a fun night!
