That's my plan. Next beer up will (hopefully) be an imperial milk stout with Apex toasted coconut extract added to the keg. It'll be my first time using an extract and first brew that I'm shooting for upwards of 10%abv.
Haven't had an issue to 10% but if over I'd suggest re-oxygenating at 12hr from pitching yeast.

Dragonmead Final Absolution Trippel ale. It is a brash take on the style, in my opinion, but the world would be less bright without this beer. I am amazed each time I take that first sip.
Some doosh bag on one of the rating sites said "decent but forgettable." Seriously? Fork him/her and what a doosh. Dragonmead provided all that intricate flavor with very few ingredients. It's genius in a bottle. I'd like to see Captain doosh rater brew something even remotely as good. Then they can talk. Yeah, I was offended by the rating. I get annoyed when people who can't do, can only criticize.

Very last HB Peanut Butter Stout. Think extract is the way to go. View attachment 644969
Extract definitely works well. I have been using a full bottle of the brewers best PB extract in 5 gallons and love it. You definitely get a good peanut butter kick that way and don't have the waste from using powder. I'm curious about the Amoretti PB flavoring though. May need to try it out.
