When I first tried them I found fruited sours a little more approachable. Like a cherry, blueberry, or apricot sour. A little more sweet tart than just purely sour.

My first sour was at the time the most expensive bottle I’d ever bought..... and I ended up drain pouring it. I couldn’t do it. But the more I’ve tried the more I’ve gotten to liking it.

Timbukbru is a great time. Fun atmosphere and friendly bartenders.

We enjoyed it! Played Clarions golf course, grabbed lunch at fuel, then hit the brewery. Fun little storms came through and cooled it down nicely.
