Adventurous day. Visited a small brewery that opens like only once a month. Website makes it sound like a farm but it's literally an old shack next to an old cabin. Opened by two Iraqi vets.

Then on the ride home I get an alert power to my house went out. Figured blackout due to 100° weather. Nope. Another tree decided to take out my power. Last time power immediately cut out. I wandered around the situation not touching anything. Decided to leave it alone and clean up some stuff in the house for a couple of hours and crash at my buddies. Sounded like dpw is off for the weekend.

So a couple of hours go by and as I open the garage there's someone from the dpw standing there. We talk and he says he has to get the bucket but he's really worried and waiting on someone because the downed line is live.

So now I'm sucking down some Chaos Magic dragon fruit, key lime and marshmallow while playing the old man and keeping the kids away from the live wire. Tastes like key lime pie. Heavy on the key lime

You’ve had a hell of a trip you bastard lol. On your way back if you’re goibg through Connecticut, you should hit up a cool little brewery called Aspertuk Brew Lab. Ex chemistry teacher. Really solid stuff. If I remember it was right off 84. My wife and I stumbled upon it by accident lol
