I use about 50% more darks and 04. Also bitterness in upper 50s to lower 60s. I'm going to use maybe .5lbs smoked grains next time instead of oak. Enjoy and Cheers!

Its a quite good mild/bitter w/e category it falls into. I has a nice smooth bitterness and light hoppy nose. The glass was at a house that family is renting for the holidays here in town...had to use it :)
