Thanks, I was thinking 4-6 months. Didn’t oak mine. It was a first attempt at a clone that I’m sure will be tweaked a bit next time.

Been in several discussions about this. There's either oak or smoked grains in 10-fidy. IDC what others say. I sense it big time. Which recipe did you use?

I got recipe advice back from the head brewer when I emailed them. No oak or smoked grains but I’ve come across threads where that is debated

I use about 50% more darks and 04. Also bitterness in upper 50s to lower 60s. I'm going to use maybe .5lbs smoked grains next time instead of oak. Enjoy and Cheers!
