Glenlivet 12 year and a stogie. Got a new stir plate and 5l Erlenmeyer earlier this week I wanted to use it really bad but all I had was us 05 so I made a starter with that. Put 36 hours on the plate and let it settle out pitched and in to my Imperial pumpkin Stout. This is what it looked like in 8 hours! Fastest ferment in the past 10 years I've brewed! Oktoberfest is in fridge fermenter chugging along so I had to make shift this because I live in Central Florida [emoji41]

Two Sea Hags. Possibly more, if the Yankees lose. [emoji37]

I dropped the ball on getting some. Maybe I’ll ask the wife to stop in tomorrow. Could use a couple of bottles of New England Wild Ale too.
That's my favorite seesaw. I got a 4 paxk of the Terroir. Trying to decide if I want to get off the IPA train. That Adjunction Junction is pretty good. Regret not buying that.

Here’s to you, @PianoMan! This Hefe is exquisite!

Glad you like it! It took almost 5min to brew! Literally took 3.5gal RO, added 3lbs Golden Light DME and 3lbs Wheat DME. Threw in some gypsum and Calcium Chloride. Boiled 5min of hops on the side and added through a strainer. Then pitched expired Hefe yeast, WLP300. Didn't come out too bad. Your welcome! [emoji16]

HB NEIPA which age is making it tolerable, the infamous no-boil Hefe, and another HB NEIPA from several months ago. Still seems ok.

So..... should I skip on it ?
It's almost like a cider. I think with age it might get interesting. Good for like a dinner beer. It's ok and I'm sure the production numbers are low so slightly recommend. I don't hate it but not too exciting. Price ain't bad.

EDIT: Oenobier is better ;)
