HB IPA

I am drinking a Westmalle Trappist Ale clone (9.3 or the Richter scale). I had to try it even though it's not ripe yet--far from it at six days old. HOWEVER it was already really good, nice flavor combinations and it was about 75% carbonated. If it were properly carbed, I would have no problem drinking them as is.

Almost 2 month old HB Milk Chocolate Stout. ONLY thing on tap right now (other than a Dank IPA that's force carbing) and has been mainly ignored because of others that took center stage. Don't know why, it's delicious and at 5% an easy drinker. The more it ages in the kegerator the better it gets.
