A homemade warm-fermented bock (or some might say a strong Munich Dunkel). It has been sitting at room temps for over a year and it is finally now carbonating. It actually has some foam that sticks around for a bit when it is poured.

And it drinks pretty good.

It most certainly was! I think I've seen the Exile Beatnick Sour in cans now, or pictures of it. Haven't located them myself.
