One of my party favorite Cream Ales. But with a twist that anyone can easily try..... Add just a couple of small sprigs of rosemary to a hop bag. Crush a bit to open the needles. Dunk in Starsan or vodka for a few seconds and then throw into your keg. After a couple of days the rosemary will subtly flavor your beer and make a nice, mellow, savory flavor. Try it. If apprehensive, wait until your keg is pretty low and cut back on the amount of spice. Would work fine with a Kolsch, non-hoppy pale ale or a pilsner too. You don't want it fighting hops though.
Delicious and refreshing. I don't know why there aren't popular commercial examples.
