Nope, in fact that plan is why I might invest in a couple kegs soon. I don't want any more big beers (like my quad) fail to carb from sugar.

I'm not happy with their yeast. I rather get bottle dregs over commercial. Also white labs sour bugs suck.
What strains have you brewed with? Ive used ecy20 and ecy34 multiple times producing my best sours yet. I do agree that dregs will make great sours as well though.

I used Amarillo instead of Galaxy, won its division at the county fair bjcp competition. Its the Sunshine Rye Pale Ale in the American Ale subforum if my link doesn't work.

Yeah, had a spot of basal cell carcinoma in my bald spot. Wasn't a big deal, at least that's what I was told. Taking a long walk now to enjoy this 80 degree weather. In November.
