This one has about a year on it. Still big booze with some sugary dark fruit and plenty of oak. Another 6 months might have been nice but no regrets. Post 2-hour workout watching Bengals go 8-0.

I just remembered I have like 5 pints of harvested Notty slurry... Might just use it all when I do mine.

Speaking of which, with a big ol beer like that, would it hurt anything if I kegged and carbed it up after primary, then bottle off the keg for aging?

I wouldn't think so, but don't know for sure.
