Gotta get good and drunk to sit thru Mizzou getting destroyed on national TV...
Full Throttle... Just got a big project dropped on my desk with a 'no real hurry' caveat.
Which means I'm not doing anything today.
No real hurry until Monday morning.
One more cuppa WaWa before my procedure. Already tired of paperwork and waiting.
Sadly, our Midwest counterparts don't know what you are talking about. They are missing out on life's simple pleasures.
Dudes.
I'm freakin' out.
My clock isn't moving.

Brew that RIS yet?
I just remembered I have like 5 pints of harvested Notty slurry... Might just use it all when I do mine.
Speaking of which, with a big ol beer like that, would it hurt anything if I kegged and carbed it up after primary, then bottle off the keg for aging?
I wouldn't think so, but don't know for sure.
Littering and smoking the reefer.
The snozzeberries taste like snozzberries!
I would dare say Agua is water in Spanish ... si'
No, that would be "Coors".
Nope, in fact that plan is why I might invest in a couple kegs soon. I don't want any more big beers (like my quad) fail to carb from sugar.
Nice, that's exactly why I wanted to go that route. Now the question is, bulk age in the keg before hand or just carb up, bottle and age?
First world problems.
