I was gonna say the opposite. Kegs take up less room.

Where he lives looks like this... he's got all the room he needs. Get it bottled and fuhgeddaboudit.

Not trying to blow smoke up your ass here, but that quad was outstanding, even flat.

Word. I loved that beer.

EDIT: and on that note, I am still ridiculously slow in getting your package out. Remmy already was ribbing me in a PM, telling me that he was going to be out of town over Christmas, so not to mail it then. I promise to have it out prior to then...

Water. Beers later. Love2Brew currently has some ECY available for all you sour brewers. Jump on it while its available!!

I'm not happy with their yeast. I rather get bottle dregs over commercial. Also white labs sour bugs suck.

Water going to stop by the local homebrew store for some hops for dry hopping my pale and barelywine. Hopefully bottle a batch tonight. :rockin:

What strains have you brewed with? Ive used ecy20 and ecy34 multiple times producing my best sours yet. I do agree that dregs will make great sours as well though.

I used the bug farm. I think ECY20? I'm not happy with the results. I'll sample them tonight to see if they had change since last time.

Glad I got that info before I did my first sour. It got dregs and white labs right from the start. So far a good solid tartness but not really sour yet. Time for a sample to see if it is going any further.

OT: Coffee

On my 2nd quad shot. Planning to brew with a buddy tonight. A red IPA I like to call Bitter Aunt Flo, a little more sweet and balanced than my regular IPA trying to slowly convert him into a hop head.

So a @remmy is alive. A tree did not fall on him then.
View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1446833809.603977.jpgicing these down for a wedding after party tonight. Going to a dry wedding lucky it's only from 3:30-7:30.

I do not like @thatjonguy . He made me go through my order from Belgium... I'll send some goons to collect the money soon.

Water before lunch

I didn't make you do anything you already didn't want to do.

I'm like alcohol, I just made it easier. Lol.

Coke after DC drained my beer money for the next 3 weeks.

After this, Gabf and BT; I done until after Christmas. I think.

But Christmas is around the corner. Lots of overtime coming up

Diet Coke with a tray full of fat that I will ragret in fifteen minutes. On the plus side, they only have to slice two layers of skin off my noggin. Only 72 hours until beer ... or maybe 48 if I can't stand it anymore!

Damn... What's that procedure for? I know my dad and FIL have to have that done periodically for skin cancer mitigation.

Hope it all goes well.

Dudes.
I'm freakin' out.
My clock isn't moving.

Put batteries in it?

Brewing this weekend. Thinking a Rye pale as I have some rye that I want to play with. Anyone have a recipe they recommend?

I use rye in my lawnmower with good results. Just have to deal with a <2% ABV.

Rolling from work shortly, have to hit up the HB store for the 10G off Qhrumph's mild that I am brewing on Sunday.

You just gave the little nudge to put the order in. I'm interested to see how that 41% eisbock will taste like.

Yeah, had a spot of basal cell carcinoma in my bald spot. Wasn't a big deal, at least that's what I was told. Taking a long walk now to enjoy this 80 degree weather. In November.

Good luck man. I know my dad has been having those procedures for years... He's still kickin.

Jealous though, it's a whopping 48 degrees here right now.
