Drank my saison sample before I took a picture, -- was too busy cleaning and sanitizing bottles -- ended up with 50.75 bottles of it though.

Brett B Red and Brett L Kriek gravity samples. The Brett B is holding steady at 1.011. Hasn't changed in ~2 weeks. Hit it with 2 oz of Wakatu as a dry hop, since I got em free and didn't know what else to do with him and planned on use Hallertau anyway and they're similar. Brett L has dropped back down to 1.003 (where it was pre-fruit), but needs more cherry, 5 lbs in 5 gallons isn't enough. It's noticeable but very, very subtle.

Hit it with 2 oz of Wakatu as a dry hop, since I got em free and didn't know what else to do with him and planned on use Hallertau anyway and they're similar. Three bull**** bottles from Hydra Beer Company in Sioux Falls. Not sure what kind of drugs would make a brewery think pre-aging a DIPA would be a good idea.
