This NEIPA really dried out over vacation. Bit unremarkable at this time but let's see what 3oz of cryo hops do.
Freshly roasted left long enough to cool, freshly ground and brewed coffee.

Delicious weissbier. A little clove and banana, nice mouth feel, very drinkable!
Where are the cherries?! Can it really be a Manhattan without the cherries?!
HB ale. It's 6.4% so should it be Scotch instead of Scottish?

HB blackberry booch while a little much needed rain falls.
Good stuff. Citrusy and not overly bitter.

Short pour of HB Mosaic Blonde while brewing an Irish Red. Just kegged yesterday, needs a little more carb, but tastes really good.

Getting some proper bubbles into my Dark Spring Belgian Tripel. Woohoo! I'm bound & determined not to over carb this beer, but I'm impatient. There is a creamy, almost Boddington's - style head, but the crisp 'crackle' of less head/more carb isn't there yet. Hmm. Might drop the gas down a bit, and wait...sigh.
Overall, very happy with this brew! Tasty, complex and non-boozy but sneaky strong!
hic! When super chilled, it almost nails the taste of a Unibroue 'Fin du Monde' with a lot more malt. As it warms, more caramel and sweet comes through. Not really a true 'Saison' but I kinda knew this would happen when I used the big can of Maris!

Yes @loganklaas , I hear you. The New Belgium version isn't full of extra amber DME and a full can of Maris Otter!
