What’s in the mason jars? Homemade limoncello, just decanted it off the lemon peels & added the simple sugar solution. Now it sits for a couple more weeks. It’s a good thing I leave tomorrow for a week long business trip.

Lindeman's Faro Lambic in a fancy glass. It's one I've never had before, and the cross between a Brett aroma vs. the sweet, fruity taste is a little weird!

At any rate, I'm almost out of beer, so might have to venture out into the smoke. I live in a part of the city that is at level 11. Sigh.

I love it, I had it the other night and thought the opposite. Slight banana and almost no clove the way I like it.
Either way it wasn’t overpowering one flavor or the other which I enjoyed!
Well done @Section1 and funny how people across the country picked up different things.
