View attachment 822326Multiple tasters at Other Half Rockefeller Taproom (some not pictured 😬) before checking out Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Then off to Tao Downtown in NYC for a networking dinner.
The rat race begins early tomorrow morning.
LOL...either your co-workers all have jet-lag like crazy, or there were many, many beers! haha. Looks like some fun! 😜
 
Getting some proper bubbles into my Dark Spring Belgian Tripel. Woohoo! I'm bound & determined not to over carb this beer, but I'm impatient. There is a creamy, almost Boddington's - style head, but the crisp 'crackle' of less head/more carb isn't there yet. Hmm. Might drop the gas down a bit, and wait...sigh.

Overall, very happy with this brew! Tasty, complex and non-boozy but sneaky strong! 🥴 hic! When super chilled, it almost nails the taste of a Unibroue 'Fin du Monde' with a lot more malt. As it warms, more caramel and sweet comes through. Not really a true 'Saison' but I kinda knew this would happen when I used the big can of Maris! 🤣 :mug: Cheers!
