Met some friends out after work at a local brewery, Naughty Oak, for some beers and a Korean food truck dinner. A cool hang, but only so-so beers.
First up a hazy called Fog Monster, with Azacca and El Dorado hops.

I actually had a couple of these - Uncle Red, a fairly decent red ale.

How is this now? I have mine from last year still.

I think it is as good as it will get. Still a touch too hoppy and the hop and yeast flavors fight a bit. Its a 5.5/10.

HB NEIPA with Cascade, Chinook, and Cashemere from Hop Head Farms (Michigan). You couldn't guess this was brewed with typical west coast IPA hops.

Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier. It just came in at Costco. $23.99 a case I'll be drinking a lot of it while it's fresh; it doesn't seem to age well.
