Sante Fe Brewing Company in the Green Jeans Farmery - that's a mouthful.
Then a half bottle of rosé in our home for the rest of the week (Los Poblanos Inn). We stopped here on our cross country Tesla trip last year and vowed to come back.

I was in a mexican restaurant yesterday having lunch with my dad. A guy at the bar had a bottle/glass of Stone IPA. He didn't finish it by the time he left... I almost gave him a bunch of **** for it. blasphemy!
Fixed the kids light switch at their house so got a free lunch. BJ Brew house DIPA and BA Stout. BA had a hint of barrel sour possibly..

Going with a series of single hop IPAs this summer. Just bottled my Idaho-7, Citra in the fermenter and this is the Bru-1. Needs a bit more time for carbonation. All same grain bill - pretty basic 2-row with 5% rye and flaked oats. Used dried Kviek yeast - which is my go to yeast in the summer.
Lagunitas IPA after finishing an insulated keg cooler.
185F? Time for pool

Love to try that Pliny you were sipping on the other day. Never had any RR, but have made this & the Row 2, Hill 56 recipes on HBT. A Pliny clone is on the ever-expanding next brew list.
Many moons ago, I posted the written brew sheet of PtE on one of the Pliney Clone threads. You'd have to search the rebranded Pianoman name of (GnenieGone). I did the math to convert to 5gal batch. If you give me some time, I might be able to locate it.

The clone was much better then the original imho. Had more aroma/flowery. I do whirlpool at 150F which helps with keeping essence in the final product.

Found this glass I bought over 40 years ago in the back of a cabinet. This is definitely the best beer that has ever been in it!

Lagunitas Hazy after loading way too much stuff in the car for one weekend. Going to W. Yellowstone in the AM. The wedding is still a go; that part of the park is on the other side of the mountains that melted off and caused all of the flooding. Here in Billings the Yellowstone River crested at 17.6 ft, almost two feet above the previous record flood.

As so many other IPAs after kegging, mine developed strong diacetyl. In addition, added Cherries to the Belgian Quad today but it only fermented to 1.048 after 3 weeks. Geeze, lost my brewing touch in the last year....

Post mowing beer, zero turn on lots of hills with trees so lawnmower beers have to wait til I'm done, I can steer it with one hand on the flats and still get a beer in while mowing but the lower part of the yard is a no go... or I need a beer helmet.. hmmmm.
Chuck Silva, former award-winning Brewmaster at San Diego's Green Flash Brewery left there and headed north (near me!!) to open Silva's Brewing a few years ago. Here's his Hefeweizen, Gateway to Hefen, which is quite good.

A Lovely Bunch NEIPA by Born Brewing Co. Very bright and full of coconut flavour from the Sabro hops. Wow! One of the best beers I've had in a long time. Mmmmm. Cheers!

HB Altbier with shrimp tacos. Didn’t get a pic of the tacos but they were great!
HB cream ale. Only a week in the keg so still needs a little carbonation and clearing. Taste is where it’s at though.
