Pliny the Younger type clone? Doing a PtE next week and a PtY in 2 weeks myself.

Unfortunately, I've never had it. Just a recipe out of my own head. But, if mine were anywhere near Younger, I'd be happy with as highly as that beer is rated.

Biggest challenge for me has been post-fermentation diacetyl which think I finally got a handle on. Your beer looks great!

Blindman Pierre which is a cognac foeder aged saison with various bugs. Mostly the Brett coming through with a mild sourness. Really excellent. If anyone finds themselves in Alberta, these guys knock it out of the park with just about all their brews.
