HB Stout. So it didn’t carb well (Didn’t use much dextrose) although waiting an extra week has helped. I bought a nitrogen thing for Cake icing For to make my cold brew a nitro Pour...So I sacrificed a stout to see what it does to my beer

smoother as expected. There is some “nitro” taste that I also got with the coffee although I know nitro is tasteless. Enjoying

HB "German IPA" This is the second I've done; Mostly modern German hops at an IPA level with Kolsch yeast. Very tasty and different. Hüll Melon and Monroe, with some Saphir and Hallertau.
