Absolutely! It's a bit strange of a hop schedule compared to a typical hop schedule but the goal was to keep it at 40 IBUs while still having some nice hop aroma and flavor and i didn't want to favor one hop too much over the other. I was a bit worried about the high cohumulone in azacca and using that as part of a bittering addition but it actually came out quite nice!

The moose is better than the chameleon. Supposedly the chameleon changes colors as the different hops change. I've got the third variety in the fridge. But volleyball got in the way tonight. Tomorrow......
