@pianoman. All CTZ to bitter (~0.25 oz for 2.5 G) 1 oz of El Dorado evenly at 10/flameout/day 2 dry/day 9 dry. Malt was about 50/50 2row and MO. Pinch of Vienna, cara munich and acid malt.

Thanks man! Trusting @Remmy a bit. Doing 1/3 each CTZ, ElD, Sim. All 5min, WP, DH1/2. Never used this much CTZ before. Was curious..

No pics or proof.....you'll have to take my word....after 2 Private Rye Brown Ales, just opened a Slobber Brown...both are home brews and delicious :mug:
 
What did you think of it? I had one recently and I have to say I was less than impressed. Quite average, at best, and not at all what I'd consider juicy.


I agree it was neither a Heady style or a Hazy style. It was very drinkable, but not too crushable. Pretty average.
