Interesting. After striking out on the Firestone Walker special releases, I hunted one of those down this year since this is its last release. Got lucky and found one and a stickee monkee the beer manager at the store had been holding on to. Not sure what to expect with the DDBA or how long I'll sit on it before opening.

Had a Roadsmary's Baby and a Yeungling at B-Dubs, now back at home for the end of the game. Saw this at the store today while picking up eMAW beer. It's nice. The cedar is similar to oak, but to my inexperience-with-wood palate, I can't really describe the difference very well.

Have you ever watched a Bills game? That's how we roll! (Except this year haha). It's "wait until the end of the 4th and then choke." Texans died earlier in the game unlike the Bills.

Why would I ever watch a Bills game.
And the Texans died well before tonight's game anyway. It's a shame to watch game after game of a few great guys trying their best to carry an entire team. Maybe one of these days it'll click. Not sure when.

I found all kinds of stuff back there, including: a heady (yikes), a 2012 Punkin', 2012 Hopslam, 2012 Narwhal, 2013 Hopslam, 2011 S.A. Double Bock and a bunch of other random beers.

That 11 double Bock might be pretty good at this point. That beer starts out pretty rough, but after a few years, it's actually pretty good. I wouldn't hold out much hope for the Hopslams or Heady, as I'm sure you're well aware.
