First keg pour of 021 Kolsch. Man I love this yeast. Hate the day when something happens and I lose it. Love a Kolsch w Crystal, love that hop. Has that subtle lemon character. Beats the crap out of the split with S-189. Learned to never underestimate the addition strain makes. S-189 yeast is no slouch! I’m gonna tattoo 021 somewhere when it’s gone.

I actually used 4 or 5 pink frozen lemonades as part of the 13 cans.

Been camping the past couple days and got a few more to go, today stopped at a pub for some beer and food on our way to cherry spring state park viewing area. Hoping for clear skies... some fly fishing early this morning.

It’s my Friday! Repacked one set of bearings on the camper tonight. Finish the others tomorrow.
And some that Helles that I’m happy with. Needs more calcium next time to help it properly drop.

Now. After working around the house all morning. My favorite session-able NEIPA. The Veil always refers to this as a blend & Mosaic focused — my favorite hop. Confident Amarillo is usually in there. Consistently get the mango/tangerine flavors.
Is there sand in the bottom of the can?

My Brewday-From-Hell IPA probably just needs to be called Swamp Water IPA, because that's what it looks like. It smells and tastes great, though.
