I actually used 4 or 5 pink frozen lemonades as part of the 13 cans.Great color! I love that drink. Happy to see it was successful. It’s a great summer drink.

Brewing a kölsch soon...looks beautiful. Just want to understand, what yeast is it you like? Both? Thanks!First keg pour of 021 Kolsch. Man I love this yeast. Hate the day when something happens and I lose it. Love a Kolsch w Crystal, love that hop. Has that subtle lemon character. Beats the crap out of the split with S-189. Learned to never underestimate the addition strain makes. S-189 yeast is no slouch! I’m gonna tattoo 021 somewhere when it’s gone.
That's a great idea using Monk Fruit. Curious how it comes out instead of sugar.Sip from the freezer of my first HM limocello. Hybrid trad and sous vide. Couple of days in 100 proof vodka, 3 hours sous vide at 135°F, then a couple of more days on the zest. Sweeten with monk fruit so no additional calories. This is really good. Letting it mellow for a week or so, then try it again.
