Trillium, The Common. I did these in the wrong order. While good The Common doesn’t come close to my previous one, Really Big Bird.

It was a hazy but yeh, murky is a good word. Little bit oxydized. Temp control was off and no cold crashing. These were all things I did to fix my beers from having this odd flavor. In 2023 with ALL the brewing information and modern ingredients available, one would think if you're opening a brewery, research and do it right.

Onto a much better yet home brewed beer. WCIIPA

Remains of a HB Belgian Dubbel and getting down to the last of my Cream de Lemoncello. These are deadly! Next batch will lower from 25% to 18% ABV.

Put together an inflatable hot tub, it was a four beer job.
A nice lager, a pilsner, a session hazy, and a spruce tip pale ale.

Emptying out the old beer fridge that died so I can move the new beer fridge into its place.
Hopefully tomorrow night I can pull out all the hardware from the old fridge.
Anyhow, damn that’s a lot of beer glasses I’ve collected over the years.
