HB Piwo Grodziskie. A bit over-carbed, but a marshmallow-like pillow of foam. Taste suggests a smokey lemonade. Delicious!

My Bullwinkle Brown keg kicked yesterday, the Blonde Ale the day before. Brewed a Cream Ale yesterday so I’m down to commercial beer for a couple of weeks.

HB Spotted Cow clone. Meh. The yeast (2565) was too expressive w the “winey-ness”. Still, fine summer beer after bike ride.

Tried a fairly local hazy w/spruce. Meh. Home brew taste.

Friday wedding, Saturday took daughter to the wolf sanctuary of PA then came home and brewed some neipa, Sunday brother in law visited for a few hours, grilled and hit some golf balls around, today finished the fence around our new garden area, 30x30 feet dug posts holes by hand, went to my niece's 6th bday party, now, sitting on my deck to enjoy the last couple hours of the holiday weekend with a homebrew rye ipa, ahhhhhh, yeahhhh.
