Hb summer ale, long hot day. And its starting to clear some now.

Another HB Amber. The board over the faucet box is temporary; I made a top that fits and painted it with chalkboard paint. It needs another coat. I put a couple of small bags of ice over the shanks and beer lines while I went downtown to the LHBS. After 2+ hours the ice has hardly melted. Keeping the faucets cool in a warm garage really cuts down on the foam.

Whiskey barrel aged house mead from Ravenwood Meadery in Huntsville, AL. Tried several of their meads which were really good while I was there but couldn't taste this one for some reason, which they released the day I was there. Their house mead is tasty; this one not so much. Whiskey just clashes with the mead on my palate.

Been cutting down brush and burning all day. Time to celebrate my accomplishment. IMO no better sour than Lindemands Kreik Lambic. Hard to find but well worth the effort.
