I had 2 kegs of beer in my freezer and the CO2 tank was running low. So I moved the ST-1000's temperature probe out of the way to swap the tank, and forgot to put it back in. Came home last night to 2 kegs of frozen-solid beer.

Did I ruin them? Will they be OK once they thaw back out?

Just thaw them out. Itll be ok. Be sure to put a towel under the keg because there is going to be a lot of condensation that runs down

I can't imagine the beer will suffer any major harm. I would be more worried about the kegs suffering damage from the expansion of frozen liquid, but they're probably fine.
