Working on a gluten free stout. I had pulled the recipe from the interwebs but it's changed so much except for a few of the basic ingredients that it doesn't resemble that recipe at all.
I hope it comes out good. My first GF.

Today i also brewed a stout, a recipe from off here, milk chocolate stout. It is my 3rd all grain brew and my first all grain stout.

The hydrometer sample tasted great.

I didn't taste it. dammit. came in at 1.054
since it's a GF, it wasn't all grain. dme, lme, brown rice syrup, etc...
 
Extracts liquid and dry are both made from barley. Barley has gluten. I don't think you made a GF.
