hi i would like to say thank you to all that helped me brew my first beer everything turned out brilliant, tasted very nice, im now addicted ive got 5 gallons ready to bottle in around 1 week, and just started another 5 gallon this morning..:rockin:.

It is insane isn't it? I have any where from 5 to 1o gallons fermenting at a time.
