I have swirled and tried to suspend yeast but it did not work. Should I re pitch with the saison yeast or a new strain?

Weird. I'd expect a strange reading like that with a refractometer, but not a hydrometer. What's the recipe? maybe I can see if there is something you can add to fix it (like amylase) if I know what the contents are.
