I have a Bell's Two Hearted clone in primary right now. I used yeast from Bell's Amber that I stepped up. The OG was 1.058 and I used 4 ounces of Centennial in the boil kettle. I'm brewing an American Wheat this weekend that should have an OG of 1.046. Yea or nay on using some slurry from the B2H for it?

Yea I would use it...Thats just me. Some wont go from darker brews to lighter brews unless they wash it, or Hoppy beers to less hoppy beers. Not sure what strain are you using?

Bell's house strain. Not sure which White Labs or Wyeast would be comparable.
