I have an Imperial Stout that I brewed back Jan 27th. It's been sitting in secondary for about 3 months now and everything was just fine - just haven't been able to get to bottling till this month. All of a sudden about 3 days ago I noticed there was some floaters in it. They appear to have grown a bit but could just be my imagination. It's been kept in a dark room and sealed in secondary entire time - airlock still has liquid it in and is sealed well. ABV should be around 9.5% on this. I pitched with 2 yeast package. Only thing I can think would be my kids might have bumped it recently. Would that cause yeast rafts or did I just lose my birthday stout?
