Resealing a WL vial

Hello Friends,

I am brewing a batch of Rye Saison and plan on splitting it and bottling half with White Labs WLP 650 Brett B. My calculations show that I will use about a third of the vial.

Is it feasible to simply reseal the vial after removing the needed dose(s) and saving it for a later batch?
(Using good sanitation practices of course!)

I've saved rinsed yeast in wl vials and repitched them into starters weeks later without any issues so you should be fine.

When I was doing 2.5gallon batches I frequently used half vials of WL and saved the other half for a later brew date without any ill side effects.
