Re-using bottles

Apologies for the approximations in the following, I'm in the UK but I think I have an idea of roughly how many ounces my bottles hold.

Here's a list of the bottles I have at my disposal for my beer, I have to mix and match as I don't have too many of each kind.

Brown 22oz glass crown cap
Green 22oz glass crown cap
Clear 22oz glass crown cap
Green 12oz glass crown cap
Clear 12oz glass crown cap
Clear 22oz plastic soda- Coke, Dr Pepper, Sprite etc


What are the pros and cons of different bottles?

two words.. darker and bigger.. IMHO

The darker the bottle the less light that will be to your beer, and the bigger the bottle the less time you have to spend, cleaning, drying and filling the bottles.

+1. I would use the clear bottles last, fill the browns and greens first.
