Moms these days won't drive more than 25 ft from the garage to pick up the kids at the bus stop. There's your problem. Mumble mumble.... uphill both ways.... rrrgh....
As you can see these weren’t little kids, one was dropped off at his house instead of walking half a block.

Cell phones have made walking quite dangerous for kids these days.

It's a brave new zombified world.

This friggin bus stopped 4 times in 2 blocks  WTF?
https://www.masslive.com/news/2020/...r-old-resident-miguel-rodriguez-arrested.html

The short of it....

"The child, a student at Hampden Charter School of Science in Chicopee, had gotten off the school bus at about 1:30 p.m. and was walking home when a stranger grabbed her near the intersection of Amherst and Princeton streets and forced her into his car, Procopio said."

So yeah, there's some concerns for our kids to walk 25ft after getting off a school bus.

Looks like a Brulosophy experiment: "The Effect of Stir Plate RPM's on Yeast Vitality and Krausen Growth."
Results
A total of 2 billion yeast of varying levels of experience participated in this xBmt. Each participant was served a sample of starter wort at different rpm's on the stir plate. A total of 1 billion and 1 yeast would have had to identify the unique sample in order to reach statistical significance, though only 1 billion made the accurate selection, indicating that yeast don't really give a s**t or even know what rpm's are.

Living dangerously, I pitched these second-stepped starters at 1PM, pushing the volume, but did put a couple drops of Fermcap in each e-flask.
Been staring at screens for two hours, just now looked to my left and saw the rising krausen already - "Uh oh, no bueno!"

"Save me, Fermcap!"

"Raspberry Wheat" eh? Wheat beer yeasts always seem to spooge more.
[Edit: Never mind, I see you have WY1056 in the recipe]

The Queen got me a Star Trek "Transporter" mug.
1. The landing party is in the transporter room
2. Fill the mug with hot coffee - The landing Party Disappears !
3. And re-appears on the planet on other side of the mug !

Isn't this the coolest, nerdiest sh!t ever ??

Okay, now I need one. Source? Link?

Funny side note. Every morning right after I fill my coffee mug, I dematerialize and reappear on a different planet. I think that's what happens.

She said Amazon.
Google "Star Trek Disappearing Transporter Mug". They're 16 bucks.
Ha! I'd like to materialize about 1,200 miles south of here for some warm weather.

It needs at least one random who appears on the planet but doesn't come back until you get more coffee.

My grandma used this when I was a kid and I always got a kick out of the guys disappearing when it was hot. She found it a few months ago and brought it over for me. I just bought that new one to give to her next time she's over visiting the kids. I think she'll enjoy that

When I searched Amazon for the transporter mug a few posts back, I saw they also have one that reveals, "I am functioning within normal operating parameters."

My dad had that mug! I think it got ruined after too many times in the microwave. Typical Trek pseudo-science.
