Id like to start bringing corny kegs to parties this fall. I usually naturally carbonate so a little more yeast sediment forms in my kegs. My question is, if I bring a warm keg to a party, and chill it for a few hours, will that be enough time to cool the whole keg and pour clear yeast free beer, or should I be chilling the kegs for a few days first? Also, will a car ride disturb the yeast layer on the bottom of a chilled keg and not be ready for serving upon arrival? I know these are pretty rediculous questions, but Id like to know the logistics of it, and how others go.about serving corny kegs outside of.the kegerator.
